"Infrastructure construction is progressing as scheduled. In 2012, the grading job for the entrance area and the 38 house block was completed. Now, the on-site utility and road construction has been initiated. All wet utilities (sewage line, water line and storm water line) have been installed and currently, dry utilities (Electric, Natural Gas and Fiber-optic cable) installation is in progress. Our first 38 houses are scheduled to start in the summer."
